Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction

Our goal is to ensure you are satisfied with the service you receive. If you believe the service delivered does not meet the agreed-upon scope or quality, please contact us within 7 calendar days after service delivery to raise your concerns.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if the service was not performed as described or if there was a clear failure on our part to deliver the service. Partial refunds or service credits may be offered based on the specific situation and extent of the issue. Services that have been fully delivered and accepted without complaint are generally non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Refund

Submit your refund request via email at info@aqsacomp.com within 7 days of service completion. Please include your order details, a description of the service, and the reason for your dissatisfaction. We may request additional information or clarification to better understand the issue.

4. Refund Review and Credited

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days and issued through the original payment method.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you wish to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may incur fees or partial charges depending on the service type.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the payment.
